Who we are
This website is run by Themewright ([COMPANY NAME, ADDRESS, VAT NUMBER]), the data controller. You can reach us at support@themewright.dev.
What we collect and why
Waitlist. If you join the waitlist we store your email address, the date and the consent you gave. We use it only to tell you when our first theme is released. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Server logs. Like every website, our server records technical data such as IP address, browser and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted automatically after a short period.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and our fonts are served from this website, not from third parties.
How long we keep it
Waitlist emails are kept until the launch announcement is sent, and at most 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them.
Who can see it
Only Themewright. The site and our email are hosted in the European Union by our hosting providers, who process data on our behalf. We do not sell or share your data.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. Write to support@themewright.dev. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Cookies
Visitors get no cookies from this site. Technical cookies are used only when an administrator logs in.
